Additional information:
Hello there, I requested to remove the stop "Johannishof", since it's no longer accessible to the public. The building was bought by Google to build a new office. Due to this, there has been a construction site inside the building for more than a year now, making it inaccessible to the public. I don't know how much work there needs to be done, but I doubt that it will still be a public building, once Google has moved in there.
It would be great, if you could remove the stop. There are several very interesting (and accessible) alternatives nearby, so I'm sure the gap will be filled quickly.
You can find many online articles about the building being bought by Google (here's two of them):

Comments
If Google staff and visitors can enter the building, Niantic would consider that this Waypoint has public access. Personally not be able to reach a Waypoint is not a criteria for removal.
Insufficient Evidence, resubmit Appeal - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. Due to insufficient evidence, we’re unable to remove the Wayspot in question. If you can share additional evidence like geotagged images or a 360° video of the location, we’ll take another look.
