There is a restaurant on the north-east wing, so at the very least it is a multi-use building. The bus stop itself is on the sidewalk, so there is pedestrian access. While the bus stop would not have meet the eligibility criteria, not that it is in the system, it must meet the removal criteria before it is removed from the system. At present, this location does not meet the removal criteria.

The answer was a simple: no removal.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
I would appreciate it if you stop creating multiple threads for the same appeal that we have already denied due to not meeting the criteria.
