I tried to edit this POI but it got removed because there should be a daycare in that building. I went there and took some photos now:
The sign is not on a building used as a daycare.
The sign says "Parish hall":
Only community signs with any upcoming events:
The only thing I found which looks like a daycare is this playground:
So this should be the usage of the buildings:
