Additional information: The 3 Little Pigs in Cages were part of Shrek 4D attraction in Universal Studio Hollywood. The attraction was discontinued in 2017 and replaced with Kung **** Panda ride, so the pigs were removed:

Just to clarify - the pigs were part of the Shrek 4D performance, not just some kind of decoration that still remains, they were removed when the attraction changed to Kung **** Panda.
Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
