I've tried to submit this building myself, but haven't had that much success. Proof:
This building is definitely worth a wayspot. It's even mentioned in the city's Wikipedia entry!

The wayspot concerns the building which I have framed in red in the following picture. The wayspot is not on the right building. I don't think it's on purpose, so please don't punish the submitter!
As you can see in the picture from Wikipedia, there is no door on the right tower or whatever you like to call it. The main entrance to the building is at the point I mentioned (see photo with geotag).
