When I submitted a nomination for the playground, I also submitted a name correction. The name of the church is now Legacy Center Church. Street View shows the current name:
And my supporting photo for the playground nomination has a bit of the street banner showing the correct name:
I didn't take a lot of supporting photos proving the name change because I thought reviewers would look at the map and see it. I was wrong.
