The sign does exist but is right up against the Education Garden
The beds along the diagonal outer fence can be seen in satellite view (the pin is the coordinates submitted in the email) to confirm placement.

Thanks for taking a second look at this. I am trying to get Bond Park up-to-date and I know it is hard to tell what is going on under those trees. Right now this portal is almost on top of another portal that is correctly pinned and is making it hard to access either one of them.
