Today i started to investigate by myself and did notice, this is the same cross as one already deleted wayspot in Mühldorf (https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/19156/) and there is another wayspot (INRI an der Kreuzung) with exactly this cross in Aschau am Inn (https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=48.199655,12.361018&z=21&pll=48.199651,12.36091). Every cross got a darker mark below the right foot and a dot right of the right hand.

nice investigating. sadly this has become a thing....
in this case you can clearly see it's fake when looking at the wood they used (and the bad craftsmanship). but some use an old cross and add an idol at different locations.
