A children's home is one of the child welfare facilities provided for in Article 40 of the Child Welfare Law, and its purpose is to provide children with sound play in the community in order to promote their health and enrich their emotions.
According to one of the Japanese laws, these facilities exist for "all children (under 18 years old)".

Power generation equipment
Supplemental information
It is not a power station, just a power generating equipment.
It is a safe place with few people and cars passing by. I think it is suitable as a PokeStop.
I've searched and searched so figured I'd ask. Is there a way to "appeal" a nomination that you rejected but was subsequently approved? The featured wayspot on my reviewing board today is a temporary exhibit. When I originally saw it come across I suspected it might be so I looked it up on the town's website and it indicated that they will be exhibitied until Novemeber 1 and then taken down. I do not live near enough to be able to go to where the stop is to submit it through the game, is there another way?
Can you create a post about this? I know that they can get it taken care of. You can probably tag it as community or ineligible. If you place it in the wrong category don’t worry they can fix that for you too. Niantic staff will have to remove it & they will if you create a specific post about it
The application is deliberately made at a remote location without a pin in place where it should be. There is an existing spot right next to it, so it is being improperly repositioned.
The presence of the park to the north of the application site is clearly indicated on the map.
The applicant may have deliberately changed the location of the park in anticipation that the park would not be approved, either because they live in a private home at the pin location or because it is near an existing spot.

If they had actually done their history, they'd know that worship of multiple gods had practically died out in Europe by the 14 century.
