I have become a change in the system for some time now, although it's been particularly noticeable over the last few weeks.

Yes, this must be a bug.

A Koban(交番. police box) is a small police station on a street corner, staffed by several police officers.

I think you will find that there are countless numbers of "police boxes", which are supposed to be small police stations, ONLINE as Wayspots all over Japan.

I think that these are all very bad applications and approvals that violate the "Rejection Criteria".

I'd like you to stop and think about something with me.
You are involved in Niantic's location-based games.
And, including me, many users experience Niantic's game very well.
We also experience the Wayfarer system.
It's not just about Niantic, it's about all games,
We must not forget that the game system is not the most authoritative Rules in the world.
When Niantic rolls out its location-based games around the world, it presumably adheres to a variety of local laws, statutes and rules in order to be accepted in each country where it can be played.
There are other fundamental and moral rules that we must observe "as human beings", regardless of nationality, race or religion.
I believe that Niantic's location-based games comply with these laws and regulations.
In the course of its business, Niantic itself has established and posted rules for Wayfarer.
In my opinion,The Wayfarer Rules are a rephrasing of the aforementioned laws, statutes and moral codes.
I am not talking about Japan only.
It has been explicitly stated that it is not a good idea to use the graves of ordinary people as Wayspots and playgrounds.
You have also stated that hospitals, police stations, old people's homes, nurseries and other places are not allowed under the Wayfarer's Rule.
In my opinion, this has serious implications.
This is where I sense the strong and noble spirit of Niantic.
We all live our lives in accordance with laws, regulations and moral codes,which we should also observe when playing games.
There are some people who have the bad desire to be able to easily access Wayspot from home or work.
I have seen many of these evil desires on the IntelMap and Wayfarer review screens.
Bad Wayspots and bad Wayfarer post should be changed.
We all know that there are "Eligibility Criteria", "Acceptance Criteria" and "Rejection Criteria".

When we learn of something that is not good (a Wayspot, an application), we need to speak up and correct it.
Obviously, this also means that the system we are working with will become better and more acceptable to the world.

Mistakes should be corrected and the system should be improved.
