Hello,
The store is marked as invalid waypoint but in the eligibility criteria I read unique local store so I do not understand the subject of this refusal.
The reason received by email: The proposal appears to be a natural element (waterfall, mountain, lake, etc.) which is not related to a man-made object, The actual location of the proposal appears to have an explicit activity or inappropriate, The title or description of the proposal is not adequate.
There is no nudity, no drugs, this is a human built building, the description matches the building

Le magasin est marqué comme invalid waypoint mais dans les critères d'éligibilité je lis boutique locale unique donc je ne comprend pas l'objet de ce refus.
La raison reçus par mail : La proposition semble être un élément naturel (cascade, montagne, lac, etc.) qui n'est pas lié à un objet fabriqué par l'homme, L'emplacement réel de la proposition semble avoir une activité explicite ou inappropriée, L'intitulé ou la description de la proposition n'est pas adéquat.
Il n'y a pas de nudité, pas de drogue, c'est un bâtiment construit par des humain, la description correspond au bâtiment

First, wrong part of forum, it's only for invalid exisitng waystpos that should be removed or for incorrectry removed existing wayspots.
Second, you can't appeal rejected nominations, it's mentioned in rejection mail and in this part of forum summary: "Appeal rejected invalid Wayspot reports or request removed Wayspots be restored if they didn't meet removal criteria; nomination appeals not accepted"
Third, you can't appeal rejected nominations, but you can ask in Nomination Improvement part of forum for help if you can improve your nomination in any way to get it accepted - you must post full screenshots of your nomimnation (both photos, all text, location and screenshot of rejection mail) to get some advices.
But looking at your nomination, it's just not eligible. Yes, some rejection reasons might not be correct, but it still don't meet criteria. I looked for your store name and it seems to be a chain garden store, there is many similiar stores like that in France. It's not unique local store, so it don't meet eligiblity criteria. Try looking for something else to nominate in this area, maybe there is something eligible you can nominate?

A Gamm Vert shop can never be a wayspot, It's a chain of stores that exists all over France.
This makes it far from unique and not even local
