I have had this problem as well the past 4 weeks or so. Really annoying when doing multiple submissions. I have noticed that if I start a submission and then exit out to start over it will do the same thing and not load the map. I have to force close the app and begin again.

I made 15 nominations on Saturday, 12 went into Niantic Voting. 11 have been accepted, although the email says "community" decided it was too quick for that. 1 was rejected as duplicate, I wasn't paying close enough attention to a misplaced PoI that was a duplicate. The other 3 went into regular voting.

What do Ingress players have to do with this? What bias would they have? I'm an Ingress player and have successfully submitted and had accepted over 800 rural Points of interest. Agreed, I made a comment like this on another post a few months back and @NianThib commented something to the effect to "wait and see" which is why I am hoping this is a hiccup in a process that will get better.

I am hoping this is leading to a revamp of PoI edits. Giving us either a picture and/or supporting information box for edits, and they had to clear the backlog. This Tapestry was made by Ethiopian immigrants who set up a restaurant in their new home of Boise, Idaho and cooks authentic Ethiopian restaurant. The food is wonderful and is a great experience to have a traditional communal meal as they would have had in their home country.

I have a local who has opened many help tickets and posted here as weel who hasn't received emails since the Lightship migration. Frustrated her enough to stop doing Wayfarer which is unfortunate as she was good at reviewing and submitting.
