Hey there, thank you for this list. I'm going to follow up on these as best as I can. Can you elaborate on this one though? APPEAL RECEIVED say "Your appeal will be reviewed in the order it was received." Is this just a complaint about FIFO? What would you suggest this says instead?

The difference here is that the statues/sculptures are the things being submitted, not the "name" sign of the neighborhood. If just the name sign of the neighborhood was submitted, i would not find it to be eligible. Great submissions Cyndie!
