It looks like the developers of Pokemon Go made adjustments to their map. It would be a better question for them, as individual-game development is out of the scope of the Wayfarer community.
-
There is only one Wayspot map. The Wayspots are suggested for the map, not for individual games. Whether they are used is entirely on the developer of said game.
-
Niantic apps have proprietary ways in which each apps gameboard is populated. It's out of the scope of the Wayfarer community.
-
You can't appeal denied Wayspots. But, maybe call your Wayspot: 'La Cosecha Fruteria Mural' in the title, so reviewers know you're submitting the artwork.
-
Hope you enjoy it. Getting from 1 to 8 is not terribly difficult. Capture, capture, capture, field field field, recharge, recharge, recharge.
-
It would be nice if upgrades were not automatically applied. Certain submissions play better to a more local pool of reviewers than to a national pool.
-
Unless the supporting info helps me find the POI, or provides more information about the nominated POI, I generally ignore it.
-
Senior centers would be an easy 5*: Community centers...but for seniors! Retirement communities, not so much..., but many facilities have things on their campus that would qualify (Gazebos and the such)
-
That's a perfectly valid mural. It's safe, the location is not on single-family private property, and it looks great. Wayspots like this are awesome to have on the Niantic Real World Platform.
-
They'll come online in other Niantic apps, and may eventually come online in your app of choice if the map database changes.
-
Me neither. I just see them in review.
-
I would assume that fitness schools/dojos that primarily cater to kids are ineligible under the k-12 rule?
-
That should be accepted. I feel like reviewers are still conditioned to reject restaurants more than accept, considering that the criteria was previously more strict for them. I believe in your submission, and I think you should continue submitting it until it is accepted.

Home location is permanent, bonus can be changed. @Qwarkos-PGO should see if Wayfarer support can help.

Many hotels (even if part of a chain) are dime-a-dozen common businesses. Hotels like the Plaza Hotel in New York, The Belvedere in Baltimore, The Watergate in DC all meet one or more of the historical significance, architectural aesthetic, and social gathering (These places are popular tourist destinations). Things someon…

The door to your house is not a great portal candidate.
-
It's likely just a Pokemon Go issue and will be resolved. Are your agreements showing in Ingress? If so, you have nothing to worry about.
-
If it's safe, exists, isn't on disqualified geography, why worry about it?
-
If you're voting to accept a candidate overall, do not go below 3* in Visual or Cultural categories. That helped me turn from red to perpetual green/great. Hope that helps.

Looks like fun! Do we get a free space in this bingo game?
-
See if whomever is in charge of the village can be persuaded to put some kind of sign for that walkway. Some signage indicating what it is may increase its odds of being accepted.
-
I've seen some signs for historic neighborhoods, voted to accept, they made it in. Just driving around the area, I've seen one that was made with elaborate mosaic tile. I'll probably submit that one. I've also seen an endless supply of ubiquitous ones that do nothing aside from tell the name of the neighborhood. I would…

"Changes to the results of the community review are not possible".

Latest fun: Totally eligible playground. Slam-dunk 5*...and the submitter put in the description <Trainer Name> was here.
-
Portal location edits still override the 20m rule, irrelevant of changes to the Pokemon Go relocation mechanics.
-
Because the in-game submission, and email messaging both refer to it as a 'Pokéstop'.
-
I got someone's dog, someone's stuffed animal, LOTS of trees today

Interestingly, I've seen at least 1 Little Free Library in my area (on edge of Single Family home yard), which I voted 1*:PRP make it into the system later that week. I feel that along with unacceptable submissions, we may also see some unacceptable acceptances. The agreement meta could start to get murky.
-
I just rate it at least 3* if the nomination meets the Niantic specified criteria.
-
Seriously. I just had 8 coals in a row, ranging from awful house-stop submissions, a random pond, a parking sign, and a chain hotel. I'm gaining a ton of agreements super quickly, so there's that...
