My absolute favorite nomination has significance to me because it was where I went to check off my 50th state in West Virginia. Aren’t upgrades designed to include people from outside of the area as well? That’s why people are told not to use them on super regional type stuff because the upgrade reviewers won’t know what it is and will reject the nomination.

Can you explain why? How are they accessible?

There’s a Wayspot in front of an apartment building I live by that frequently asks me to scan it. It’s a sculpture that sits in front of these huge windows of the apartment’s gym that has all of their treadmills lined up by the window. I always feel like a creeper trying to scan.

@Himillsy-PGO off topic but do you know who keeps resubmitting the updates on the descriptions for Breckinridge Park? It’s super annoying! I don’t care if it’s Lot Q on the East Side anymore lol. I get them at least once per week.

I Just got notice of another one getting approved this morning. It’s the 3rd one I’ve had that auto upgraded and was accepted. Guess people will have more stops when they’re on a trail actually walking and exercising. That’s a great thing!

This! All day. These are on designated walking trails. They actually encourage exercise. They’re not ruining the game play. The fact that 90% of these can’t be reached by car is a bonus, not a reason for rejection.

That’s not what’s been happening with me. I’ve put a couple on hold and placed my Upgrade Next on another nomination and it STILL automatically upgraded the held nomination and not the one I specified. Is this a known issue?

Believe it or not, I got one approved recently that was upgraded automatically because I hadn’t chosen an upgrade next. Shoutout to my DFW peeps for chiming in. I felt I was living in the Twilight zone there for a while arguing with these people. These promote exercise a heck of a lot more than most stops.

I think the OP is referring to a brewery where you can go and have a beer vs. a plant type brewery. I’ve had multiple brewery murals rejected for being “inappropriate” when there is clearly seating in the area for guests.
