Look @NianticGiffard it's exactly written here! The Portal’s real-world location appears to be within 40 meters of private residential property. Infact the portal is INSIDE a residential property! 1) Giffard suggested to submit again the request adding more proofs so I added the local tourism site and an old thread with the confirmation of the removal (the same portal has been already removed in the past) 2) I think that WheelTrekker already replied properly to you (thank you man). We are very interested to understand how a portal inside a private Island without access, created by a spoofer player and conquered/linked by the same spoofer player with new account, can be considered by Niantic as a legit portal. Please be aware that for italian law it's forbidden…
