Actually it is clearly abuse. Each submission marked as "Abuse" even when it is valid. Historic buildings, 3 mall stuff, 3 things that are art, 4 bars/restaurants that are in a travel guide.

Saying materials don't matter is valid they do not. It is still a playground. The visual unique doesn't lose points because of it being wood or metal. It loses points because others are similar locally, like a park with a bunch of baseball fields only.
