If that's the case, most of graffiti and murals would have to be deleted to as they are part of someone's private property even though they face outwards. But still, the point here is if it got reported for being part of private property that's just an excuse for the agents that reported it.

I think they're valid as trail markers, they're not just street names, they have like (I assume) distance to destination and bike drawings which is a suggestion to walk/tour the trail

Yes, I typed -81 instead of -71, my bad sorry. I believe it's valid although it's part of like a gate it's still publicly accessible as the owners meant it as decorations.
