Also thanks all for the feedback. I can see why some might not consider it a good POI to add, especially if you don't know what it is. Though to be fair that's why I wanted to add it, so folks could know what it was when walking by and using apps that use this data. Anyway, I'll try to find something that might fit better.…

Thank you, turns out I was able to create an account on the website which allowed me to use the app. Also, it seems there is a web page that shows what I was looking for as well that I can view from my desktop. Found it when I decided to figure out which app you were talking about.…

Well... ignore all that. I have no idea why it worked this time but maybe restarting the app is what did it? I also am thinking that perhaps pasting the text into the "why it should be a nomination" may have been too long, so I edited it before pasting as before it would cut off the text. So maybe the paste made it too…

Oh and I also don't see it here on the review website in my "Contributions" section so I don't think it's getting uploaded at all. Ah, and Android phone if that matters and I've given the App the permissions it says it needs.
