I wouldn't know. I took the test a looong time ago. I don't know about any modifications to it since then. I do think the 'Featured Wayspot' thing should only contain curated excellent content that hallmarks what a desirable candidate looks like, rather than highlighting whatever managed to get through voting recently.

I do not think those words mean what you think they mean. When Niantic specifies not locally unique, I believe they mean that there are more just like it nearby. I'm guessing that Niantic provided the Appeal reviewers some boilerplate language for rejecting stuff. The reviewer decides 'Yes' or 'No'. If 'No' the reviewers then choose a word or two to plug into the form. I don't know if they understand the context, or read whatever a sign or plaque says. Maybe they just go for speed.…

You get all that safety and characterological information from one frame out of google maps from 2017? But what you’re sharing isn’t exactly correct. The Federal government has laws concerning personal mailboxes in order to protect their contents, but the Feds only control the space within the box and the mail that goes in and out. They do not own your mailbox.

The Team is only tasked to respond to Wayfarer issues. Other groups are supposed to look into their respective games. We haven’t been told whom to address with Lightship problems, perhaps because there is nobody public-facing in that department.
