I don't think so.

"Appeal rejected invalid Wayspot reports or request removed Wayspots be restored if they didn't meet removal criteria; nomination appeals not accepted" All such appeals have to be done through the app using the appeal button.
-
You only get one appeal per 30 days
-
It sounds like you need to read the criteria more carefully - click on the little i's by each criteria when reviewing. Stops inside all inclusive hotels could be perfectly valid - wayspots don't have to be accessible to all of the public. Being on private property is generally fine, it's only single family residences where…

The park is potentially a good submission, but if there's a playground you'll probably find that easier to pass. It might be chucked out by AI because the photo looks to the AI like a natural landscape - maybe try cropping in more on the sign. Take out 'adding a stop..' as it's completely irrelevant as to whether it's a…

Neither are valid as they're both on private residential properties. Anything on or set into the wall of prp is invalid.

Niantic treat all military bases the same regardless of which country they are in. Access to the public isn't required, but unless the location actively interferes with operations they are treated as acceptable.
-
They certainly fit the previous guidance from Niantic on what is valid : https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/comment/155876#Comment_155876 There's not been any clear rescinding of this guidance, but that's not to say they will follow their ow published guidance, still treat them as valid and restore them.…

I think so - we don't know what weight it carries on acceptance (but then we didn't with 3 starring).
-
I assume you mean for making submissions rather than playing? I play both, but largely submit through ingress - pogo didnt used to have the remote submission option (I think it's still shorter) and you get the portal key and AP. Having said that in crowded areas the ability so see other wayspots on the newish map thingy…

You'll be expecting Niantic to use adequately trained staff next :-)

I'm still trying to understand how a logo of a generic restaurant chain could be considered 'gray' rather than an obvious reject. Generic gym, yes I can see that could be 'gray', but a chain restaurant logo?
-
I think there's clear evidence that the appeal reviewers are given inadequate training. I suspect it's a financial decision.
-
You need to confirm in a Pokemon forum, but I think it's only Pokestops they use. This forum is only for wayfarer issues.
-
You would need to confirm on a Pokemon forum, but as far as I'm aware sponsored stops don't obey the normal Pokemon rules.
-
Generally being on private property doesn't make a wayspot invalid (with single family residential property the key exception) - you might not be able to access it but people with authorisation can safely access it.
-
If you are using a facebook login, it's a reported yet unresolved problem.
-
What's the mural painted on? If it's the rear of a house or a garden wall it wouldn't be eligible.
-
Obviously I can't see the nomination, but I can't see what eligibility criteria a chainstore logo would meet.
-
So it's: 'use your best judgement' (and remove the box where you could explain your decision) You use your best judgement 'You've made the wrong decision' What did I do wrong 'You've made the wrong decision, but we're not going to explain why' --- I think Niantic based their procedures on Kafka, or a guide on how to…

It looks fine even on a desktop. My faith in the professionalism of the appeals team continues to decline and this reflects badly on Niantic.
-
I'm sure if you upload photos showing the portal and location Niantic will take them into account if this is the case.
-
Facebook logins don't currently work. Niantic are aware of the issue.
-
If the social cooperative is a place where members of the community actually meet - e.g. they hold activities for the elderly etc. on premise then yes it sounds a good nomination. If it's just an administrative building then I can't see that it meets the criteria. With the shop, I think you'll struggle to convince people…

I think there's a bug giving the wrong rejection reason
-
Hi see: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/41750/my-wayspot-nomination-was-accepted-but-does-not-appear-in-my-game-s-where-did-it-go#latest The most likely explanation is it doesn't meet your game's inclusion rules e.g. Pokemon Go only allows one stop per S2 cell - if you do an internet search for s2…

You'll need to ask on the Pokemon forums as it's a game specific question.
-
Interesting how it translates. In the UK there is a distinction between trail markers and signposts.
-
Are these trail names or destinations? If they're destinations this could be considered a destination sign rather than a trail marker.
