Photos with safe pedestrian access you provided just at the beginning of this appeal. This place is designed to be publicly visited by people (informational table). IMHO it is evidence that shows it is not private property.

Today someone scatter 1 kg nails in my driveway. I was driving with nail in tire on mountain exposed roads. I could have died there!!!! I could have died just because I tried to remove not existing portal in GAME!!! Are you completely crazy? This is only game!!!

The photos I provided were taken exactly in the portal position. Above photo is taken about 80 meters from portal position next to cementary. On my second photo you can find this cementary but this require big zoom because it is so far away.
