In a previous communication, it was suggested that the sidewalk and stretch of land along the road, when not part of private residential property, may not be excluded. Discussion in here with at least 2 posts by Giffard worth checking out. As a reviewer, I would tend to line with rejecting based on the image you showed.

If no 'official' title, creative titles to distinguish it from other nearby Wayspots Unless they're right next to each other, I don't see the harm in identical titles, either. The user/player can differentiate by photo or the address that appears on Portal Keys.

My point is that if it's being coordinated by a member of their organization, I would think they'd go full on with the most proper title, regardless of what names or acronyms are generally accepted.

I have not seen that. If it's "coordinated" in being done by the actual church, I wouldn't expect to have to see those edits in voting but rather handled internally. That's the location where it went live. The app I used is Niantic Wayfarer. Unfortunately Niantic plans on sunsetting it and the release was not intended for the general community.
