I really appreciate your help I've been away for a long time. Is it worth submitting again if rejected by niantic ? Bearing in mind I have 81,829 on my recon medal I have a fairly good idea what is and isn't acceptable.

@NianticGiffard it's been a month and people are still in groups in the middle of the cemetery where the portal is located heared verbally saying " it's a hundred percent " It's against the cemetery rules put there by the local council games are not aloud IE mobile games are included in that.

The local council have more important situations to worry about then a mobile game. I'm correctly using these forums to make a valid request as anyone can see playing games in the cemetery is not aloud for numerous reasons and walking across graves just to access something in a mobile game is not appropriate.

It's just a company logo on a wall not a waterfall, it's on a private business complex inaccessible to pedestrians and hazardous for pedestrians to even attempt to access the misleading poi being located on a active roundabout and it's trespassing to even attempt to walk up there.

Are you actually serious it got accepted when myself and this community all agreed it was abuse because it's submitter created/fake. Niantic you need to look into who accepted this and investigate this because it could be something more serious ie multi accounter in the area or people in the local community accepting it.

Just delete them or close them with an explanation as to why with official in game link to the game in question help page. I'm getting fed up of wayfarer being overrun with PS subjects it's great there interacting but like there only submitting not reviewing they haven't a clue or just don't care.
