I’m pretty sure court of law used to be eligible for sure. They are places to gather and to learn about things in the community. Not sure how they would fit in todays criteria but personally havent had an issue submitting them

Could be in ingress since it may be in an occupied cell already. Or it was within 20m of another pokestop/portal and if thats the case it gets auto deleted and doesnt show in either game. Only way to know is to make an ingress acc and check the ingress intel map

100% use that sign for your main photo. Get rid of the part about apartments and renters as they have no reason to be part of description. The easily access portion by sidewalks should be in supporting info but if you take a good enough picture it will show the sidewalk anyways
