🤦🏻 Dont prove it to us commentors. We are saying you need to add more info to your nomination to help your nomination get accepted. Same with the street view/google photosphere. if all you want advice, maybe you should learn to accept some of it. Because any advice we give you, you immediately counter everything. So why…

If there’s another pokestop/portal too close to your accepted one it wont show up in any game (distance is 20m). If it is in a cell that is already occupied by another stop it will only show up in ingress. Also it may take a few days for it to appear for the games to basically sync. Other than that those are generally the…

Usually street signs dont make any criteria, if they are artistic enough I can see them possibly passing but for me i’d probably vote this as does not meet criteria :$
-
To get a cafe passed you will need to do a bit better for supportinf info, what makes this cafe a favourite spot, what makes it unique from all other cafe’s?
-
Dude. Step back. Take a deep breath. No one, I mean no one is saying you are a liar. We are pointing out that simply because something is on a public road DOES NOT MEAN IT IS PUBLIC. That house across the street is also on a public road would you walk up and start using there house because its on a public road? No you…
-
Your right. You clearly know how to make a good nomination. I’ll just back off and let you complain about the next 15 nominations that get rejected since you don’t accept any criticism.
-
Based off what I see in the nomination and your supporting info i can’t determine if its public or not. Like I mentioned its close to what seems to be single residential property and with literally no other info than “its public and on a public road” I can’t determine if thats true or not without local knowledge. Do you…
-
Man you literally pick the most borderline things to nominate over and over again then get worked up over it 😂. Just because something is on a public road does not mean its public property. They can only see from your photos and the immediate satellite photo I see other houses that makes this look like it could be private…
-
I would mention that its on the apartment complex and it has public access. I wouldnt mention anything about the students. You may have to add in that apartment complex’s arent considered private residential property as thats only for single family residences

Not school property. Should be good
-
If the location is correct where it is in ingress a location edit for the sole purpose of making it appear in pogo is Abuse. But if the location is wrong yes there are ways you can edit the location. I would first make an ingress acc so you can check the intel map for future submissions though and maybe look to see what…

not sure what criteria this would even meet
-
I can almost guarantee you got a other rejection/does not meet criteria rejections on both these which is 100% correct.
-
My top 3 would be pretty similar lack of communication. This would hit a few points all together. They seem to lack a way of communicating new/existing criteria to literally everyone on the platform. Its even hard to find when they make little notes through the forums here. The communication through rejection emails is…

To me it looks like a good nomination. Have you tried letting it go through local reviewers instead of upgrading?
-
I usually go by if for soccer fields there are painted lines or not, in my experience they stick with these lines although it may be different in other areas. If there are 11 and you can easily show in pictures that each are different go for it. Some places have numbered goal posts 1 through what ever. The only time ive…

Thanks for the shade 😂 but all i try to do is help on nominations or point out obvious flaws.
-
I’m not giving any resistance tbh. I’m just stating the fact that the majority of people who complain about wrong rejection reasons fail to realize that there nominations are fairly weak or are not eligible to begin with. I acknowledge the system needs improvement because there are some people who submit who do…
-
Yes reviewers are bad. At the same time there are also a lot of nominations people believe should be accepted that really have no way it meets criteria. I think its definitely a bit on both sides and I’m a firm believer no one is immune to the bad rejections and there are also some very questionable nominations that people…
-
I would say yes. Since its just a generic crosswalk sign the “does not meet acceptance criteria” rejection would be correct. The others i’m not sure why you got them since they seem off to me but overall this would be rejected under the reason i said above lol
-
Continue to deflect buddy lol. You go ahead and keep beating your head against a wall trying to get this accepted when there is a lot of problems with the poi in general. You clearly dont care what anyone says. So just submit again and in 6 months when you open up another thread about this I’ll just tag you in this thread…

If you really want to be picky. Your link also says that this infrastructure is operated by the us army corps of engineers. So it could technically fall under the category of “impedes emergency services” for the fact that the us army runs it. So really pick and chose. You can argue the natural feature rejection is…

I wouldnt say this is a school at all. Looks like by description is a therapy place, or possibly a place that has riding lessons. Remember the achool aspect is only for k-12 and if this spot has lessons for all ages it doesnt fit into that category. I will say that with the description and supporting info it seems more…

I can see that ya, ive never seen an amount of players out side to physically block anything anymore especially with the pandemic. Normally lifeguards have there own as well. ahh then i would just reject it for not meeting criteria then :)
-
Are they trying to use these as a proxy for a beach of some sort? I would not say this obstructs emergency services either. Its not police hospital firefighter or military.
-
So you nominated a damn as a bridge and it got rejected for arguably the correct reason being “does not meet criteria” and now your back again with the same thing and probably the same rejection. this is not a bridge. So dont call it one cause when you start off your nomination describing something as a bridge when it…

Parks can be like that in north america as well. You still need a tangible point for the poi which in most cases is a sign
-
Could be in an already occupied lvl 14 cell so it wont show, it will only appear in ingress if this is the case. Another reason it may not show is if it is within 20m of another existing poi it will not show in any game and is essentially deleted from the system.
-
Its no longer necessary correct. But you still need a single identifiable point to anchor the poi to. Like others have mentioned how would someone know this is a park? Generally a sign is a sure thing for a poi. Even on google maps that spot you nominated isnt listed as a park or it would say it is. So yes you dont need a…

With no sign for the public park this wont have much of any. Chance of passing
