One of those options is selfish and only satisfies curiosity. Extra nominations clog the system, and not just theoretically.

In particular, a few of them have been apparently submitted by other players and have already entered Ingress/PoGo. Why haven't you withdrawn your nominations that you know to become duplicates?

I would in practice stop participating the forum discussions. Or more likely, I'd be banned from here. In many cases it's impossible to help frustrated, disappointed, angry and abused Pogo nominators without explaining the S2 cell restrictions.

Those are not hotels. You were told by several people here that the bike (landmark) is most likely an easier target to get through than a fairly generic hotel.

Photo quality doesn't seem a correct reason for rejection. Without seeing the rest of your nomination, it's hard/impossible to comment otherwise. Show screenshots of your actual nomination if you want further help. :)

I suppose the sign reflects light, but try to take a photo where reviewers can actually read the sign. Personally I'd focus on the communal events. Sport and cultural events first, wedfings and flea markets then. And drop this portion to make text a bit shorter, or rents it out to citizens to organize their private events.…

Pity. Judging by those comments concerning life preserver (which I strongly disagree with by the way), you might have better luck without it in the photo. If there's a local/national Wayfarer group, ask opinion also from there? If you haven't chosen "Upgrade next", it's applied randomly. Irritating, yes.

Need to mention this. The results have been hit or miss the few times I've used the form. And the process takes time. Sadly you don't get any confirmation when they have made the decision, so if the decision is negative you're just left waiting pointlessly. :/ Good luck.

Please, don't bring the trail marker arguement to this thread. It's a sign for the beach, with a name on it. Not a sign for the life ring. I don't understand how this situation is somehow different from a park sign marking a park.

Norway, yes? Here in Finland communal swimming places (with some kind of facilities) are almost certain acceptances. For me that sign + life preserver would qualify as a place marker for the beach.

In case of larger targets it's possible to locate POI so that it's in a free cell. Also, from Pogo perspective those nominations just increase the backlog and slow down the reviewing of candidates that can become stops/gyms. And no, possibly getting 1-2 extra spawns isn't really worth much assuming there are still targets…

Happened to pick Bhopal as well. 4 of 40 from India; 2 duplicates (same strucure both times), 1 acceptable but right on top of old POI, 1 straight 1*. Hopefully better luck next session. Edit: second set, 6 of 100. Two eligible. Not sure if there's much sense to review more or than usual amount. :/
