Yes, I certainly know that all reports outside Rzeszów were based only on maps. It's hard to visit places placed 300+km outside Rzeszów on the bike and in same time playing in B4. And we know you don't have a private jet.

Good to know. They are probably good honest people. With good intentions. But when the official account sends gratz to spoofer, or when they are wishing good luck to the player that wanna move poi to another cell so he can get pokestop then sorry but I doubt in their knowledge of the game.

No, this is not clarified. There were already a couple of situations where Xezar reports playground as "duplicate", and Niantic removed them (or not). While his home spot is a playground split into 3 parts and Niantic considers it as "not duplicated".
