They are eligible, but you should have some sort of sign to prove that this is really a dog playground and to have an anchor point for the Waystop. Otherwise, you would need some play equipment so you can prove that this area really is a dog playground and not just a random meadow.

No, they are not eligible. Mostly chained, not unique and cultural/historically signigicant, not a great place for exploration/exercise/being social.

For the accessibility question: As long as one human can reach the POI safely one day a year, it is eligible. Also, there are some old POIs that were approved before wayfarer/OPR. Sch POIs might also have been wrongly approved.

As lang as you cant ifentify the submitter its alright. I would say the photo is okay .

If the location is correct, the adress doesnt matter. Wayfarer often displayes the wrong adress. Thats why the location is important. If it is Correct, you can 5* approve.

Go on the Intel at this spot Click on the portal, then in the image so a bigger window pops up Rightclick -> see with Google lens Then you should most likely get a result. If not, try to put the lens on the object only or the whole photo. In this case, most photos were taken from Google Maps or any Website.
