• Since Niantic switched to lightship, approved POIs are not instantly displayed ingame. The new sync time for Ingress Portals is around 11:15 PM CET. This will most likely be the reason why your approved nomination is not displayed yet.

• Might be true. However, it will never be a "the best nomination is getting displayed" System. The system is automatic and will therefore never be able to decide whats good or whats bad. Propably find a lot of Mainstream stuff because its known for getting approved more easy than interesting, often badly clarified stuff.

• The wayfarer priority doesn't depend on lvl 6 cells, more likely lvl 9 or smaller. Wayfarer priority depends on existing Wayspots, the number of existing reviewers, and pending nominations.
