A house is generally understood to mean a single family residence. You should resubmit and use a word that means an apartment building such as wohnblock or mehrfamilienhaus. Getting a clearer view of the buzzers for the multiple units on your supporting image may also help.

Not in the same building.
-
I agree your post is confusing so I will answer for both possibilities. If you mean you need more time to research and write a compelling nomination, do what I do and write a draft, take photos, etc. outside of the app and then use your existing photos and copy/paste in the description and supporting information you wrote.…

It is a location excluded under the K-12 exclusion criteria which is obvious from the photos as well as looking up the coordinates on Google maps. It was rightfully removed and should not be resubmitted as it is ineligible. The dentist office is in the same building as the school ("Small Children's Educational Center")

They are not fountains. They are functional items to aerate ponds and reduce mosquitoes and algae.
-
That is a correct rejection. I would not resubmit coal like that.
-
They lack safe pedestrian access and should never have been approved in the first place.
-
Weird then. I have yet to set a bonus location and my hometown is set to where I live and play. I typically review at least 100 wayspots per day and have never run out.
-
Oh, this particular one is not good. The "famous philanthropist" is not even significant enough to have an obituary or a single news article online that mentions her. The only person by that name with anything online about them is a college student that was interviewed by news outlets because she decided to go to college…

I start tagging the repeats of ineligible wayspots as abuse and noting the the identical submission has been spammed. I currently have been getting the same POI nomination at least one time per day. That is a wayspot that Niantic removed because it is on the grounds of a K-12 boarding school so I am sure the submitter is…

How is your Wayfarer rating?

@NianticGiffard This thread has run its course.
-
That would exclude any wayspot inside a shopping mall and even many in public parks since most parks have posted hours and people could be charged with trespassing if they are loitering in a park after the posted hours. It would also exclude every wayspot inside theme parks. A huge percentage of existing wayspots would be…

I do know that, but it was co-opted after WWII by hate groups and is still used widely by them. Germany had discontinued it post-WWII because of their ban on insignia associated with that party. When they reinstated a reward for merit in active service in the 1980s it was modified to be more like the old Prussian Cross and…

You need some anchor point.

I would get a better photo. Yours shows mostly sidewalk and fence. Getting on the patio itself to take the photo would be better. You could also spice up your description. Something like "A bright and comfortable outdoor space to curl up and read together at (insert library name here)".

I agree with that. Although I reject 99% of the bench nominations that come through my queue, I do read the whole nomination and when the submitter does make a compelling case for why the person is locally significant (which very rarely happens), I vote to approve them. I don't just reject because it is a bench. The same…

I agree with that but what I often see is people dropping the pin for stuff like plaques, stained glass windows, etc. that is located on the church itself at an obviously inaccurate location such as over 10m away from the building in an obvious attempt to get around the limits of the inclusion rules for a specific game.…

I would agree with the misrating a honeypot. The percentage of agreements that are for approval is skewed higher than typical (you usually see more agreements for denials) so I would say they tend to vote to approve stuff they shouldn't and probably did so for a honeypot they should have rejected.
-
Is that just a subdivision sign? They really do not typically meet criteria.
-
It should just be removed then. The correct location (shown in the supporting information photo you yourself posted) does appear as if it is located by a house, on PRP.
-
I have and I have read all the AMAs. You obviously can not say the same or if you have read them, you do not comprehend what you read.
-
It has an image of the iron cross on it, a symbol associated with Nazis and still used by far right and neo-nazi groups.
-
It has a symbol on it associated with hate groups (The Iron Cross). The filter here won't let me use the common term for those groups, so I will use the original name "The National Socialist Party". It is still widely used by far right neo hate groups that follow that doctrine. It is probably not a symbol that should be on…

You should link to something backing up to your claims that it is popular such as articles or mention some rewards it has won. Currently your "supporting information" is just a string of buzzwords such as "staple" abused by many submitters to the point that it has lost meaning when it comes to nominations. You need to let…

I tend to 1* other rejection criteria signs and buildings on college campuses that are not places to socialize, exercise, or that have something like distinctive architecture, exhibits, or other factors that would encourage exploration. Buildings that are just a place people enrolled go to attend classes don't typically…

Especially when that "philanthropy" often turns out to be just donating money to pay for a bench with your name on it. The supporting information needs to give more details to back up the claim that the person was locally significant. There is nothing online about this person that I can find.
-
Why not review and upgrade? It is not really fair to expect your nominations to jump ahead when you are not doing your part to help with the backlog.
-
I would include a link to some articles about her in the supporting information. If she is truly well knowmln there should be something you can find to support that.
