You don't because it is not eligible. It appears as if there may be a Pergola next to the pool however and that would be eligible (hard to tell for sure because your photo is quite poor).

You are expected to know and follow the rules. A 30 day suspension is a warning. They could have just banned you as you apparently did it multiple times.

You broke the rules and are facing the consequences you earned. I would make very sure when your suspension is over that you understand all of the guidelines because it is likely that future offenses will lead to a much longer suspension if not a permanent ban.

I always reject them (except in the very rare occasions where the submitter makes a case for the person being significant or where the bench design is especially artistic) and have never fallen below great.

Have the management at the company contact Niantic and ask for the stops and gyms to be removed.

It is not inside an apartment or within a building at all, as shown on satellite view. You are just salty because you personally can not get past the gate to access the portal.

Since they are fixing the bug that people abused to submit more than the 1 appeal for every 30 days, not being to withdraw an appeal won't have much effect once they get through the backlog. People will just need to be more thoughtful and not waste their 1 appeal every 30 days on coal.

Just use Text Quality, Title or Description and if you want, put a note that it is 3rd party text.

The entrance sign should and likely will be rejected for not meeting criteria. As for the park you could always do a photosphere.

I blame Niantic giving unlimited tries to pass the test with only a 15 minute wait in between attempts for part of the drop in reviewer quality. People that have no ability or willingness to read and understand criteria can just brute force their way past a test that is in my opinion already too easy to pass.

I don't mark stuff like that as a duplicate but what you will often see is people dropping the pin for the stained glass a few dozen meters away from the church itself because with the church already a wayspot much of the time the stained glass would not show up as a Pokestop in the correct location due to inclusion rules.…

I am pretty sure I have seen that same utility box with the same smiley face more than once in various locations. Running it through photo forensic software it appears as if the box itself is photoshopped in, but I can not say for sure without having the original jpeg to use to analyze.

You need to have Facebook or Google connected to your account to be able to login. You also will need to pass the test if you have not already done so.

It is meant to be an organic operation based on the community as a whole choosing to add photos and likes to a wayspot, not for one or two people to add photos and solicit likes to manipulate the gym creation for their personal convenience and preference.

Playgrounds and other similar community amenities in multi-family housing areas or gated communities are eligible. It doesn't matter if you personally can not reach it.

The problem is the actions taken rarely seem to involve taking away the ability of abusers to nominate (even if they get suspended from Wayfarer) or better yet to benefit from any abusive wayspots they managed to get in that were not removed.
