Sehogy. És ebben a cellában már így is szabálytalanul sok gym van (3 lehetne a max), úgyhogy ne nagyon forszírozd a fórumon, ha nem akarod, hogy meglévő gym is megszűnjön.
-

If the mural and/or statue are actually situated inside the playground area, I can see them getting marked as duplicate by some people. I have seen people argue that there's only one object allowed per playground, no matter if they're play structures, sports fields or artwork. (This argument was about a statue in the…

This is the theory I subscribe to. My one and only nomination that got rejected like this was was a tennis court. The only rejection reason I received was "not culturally or historically relevant". The interesting part: there's a sports hall in the next street that's home to the local basketball and handball teams. I…

There is a house there, OP's link proves that. It has 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. It's also residential judging by its classification. I'm inclided to believe OP, this does seem to be a single-family home. But I can also see how Niantic doesn't consider this conclusively proven.
-
I think the problem here is that while your link shows that it's a residential property, it doesn't conclusively prove that it's a single-family residential property. I suggest that you try and find something that proves that - a floor plan with a single parking spot, a single postbox near the gate, something of that sorts.
-
Ah, it makes sense.
-
Are you sure it hasn't been accepted/rejected since you last refreshed the page? Also, is it in voting by Niantic?
-
Yeah, unfortunately there are always people who are on a power trip and/or think that Wayfarer is some sort of a photography contest. This should have been accepted. That being said, if you want to be as sure as possible that next time it goes through, take a picture directly rom the front of the arch and in daylight.
-
Don't get me wrong, I don't agree with the way Niantic handled the situation or the way they communicated it. But you're being waaay overdramatic here. They included these glitched new stops/gyms in the "known issues" page pretty early. It was fairly clear from the very beginning that they were not intended to sync into…
-
Did another stop become a gym nearby?
-
We know that. But Niantic has never acknowledged them, so the point of @WheelTrekker-ING's question was just to try and make them say the actual rules that we have to play by.
-
I couldn't agree more. It could be so simple. Make a separate NianticWayfarer twitter account and tweet "Wayfinders, we are currently experiencing issues with the synchronization of newly added Wayspots to [game]. We are currently working on this issue. We appreciate your patience." It would take less than a minute to type…
-
Sync has been glitchy at best, nonexistent at worst for the past few weeks. All we can do is hope that they will resolve it sooner rather than later.
-
I have a nomination that was accepted 6 days ago and it still hasn't synced. There is nothing in its vicinity, nothing blocking it from appearing. It just hasn't synced yet.

This is not a question up for debate. Anything that's on the wall or fence of a single-family residential property is ineligible. Including graffiti. This is a very long-established rule of Wayfarer.
-
The boundary (outside wall, fence, etc.) of the private residential property is still considered part of the property.
-
Things can be valid if they're near the sidewalk, but not if they're on private residential property. Anything that's on PRP is automatically ineligible.
-
Scanning has nothing to do with this - the portal was removed because it's on private residential property.
-
That's not the definition of a generic business - that's the definition of every business in existence. By your logic, anything that charges you for anything should be automatically rejected. You go to a zoo to pay money to see animals. Generic business. You go to a museum to pay money to see art. Generic business. You go…
-
No it does not. A hiking shop sells you hiking gear and that's it. You can't do your actual hiking in there. The dojo will provide classes, training, sometimes even events and competitions. In this regard, it's much closer to a skating rink or a golf course than to any regular shop.
-
But a karate dojo by definition promotes excercise. Karate, like all other martial arts, is excercise. A dojo is a place dedicated to a sport, which makes it eligible in my eyes even without the social aspect.

I only think this is abuse if the plaques aren't actually real. If they're real (and they might be, such educational/arboretum-style plaques are not uncommon is some places), nominating them is not abuse. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that they're definitely eligible - you could argue that they're not distinct enough…
-
So you're saying that this isn't even unique. There goes its only redeeming quality.
-
Yep, everything seems to be a "mural" to nominators from graffiti tags and stickers to painted windowsills.
-

Again: do you expect this from everything or is this specific to indoor businesses? Do you reject every football field, playground, trail marker and train station that's "not interesting enough"? Exciting and interesting things are covered under the "exploration" eligibility criterion. However, there are two others -…

Not just in the UK. It's pretty much standard practice now to have a fence around playgrounds everywhere in Europe. The exceptions are the old playgrounds from decades ago.
-
I agree.
-
The exact same thing could be said about practically everything else that's not one-of-a-kind art. Every church is the same. Every community garden is the same. Every playground is the same. Every decorative fountain is the same. Every train station is the same. Every post office is the same. Every tennis court, football…
