I'll clarify this for you, @Madzialenkaaaaa-PGO! Nominations are assigned as per the Hometown and Bonus locations you've set. Your active play area also has an impact on the nominations you get for review. Please give it some time and the nominations from your active play area and set locations will start appearing.
