• Yes, so when you're filling out the form it'll ask you what category you're submitting for (it'll be one of the questions). The top three submission types will be ones we elaborate on. Not sure what you mean by "worldwide reviews" exactly but yes, it's open to every Explorer around the world.

• Yes, Explorers would be anyone who is able to access Wayfarer. Meaning, they need to be level 10+ in Ingress or level 37 in Pokémon GO.
