Maybe they messed things up when they started reviewing the appeals (?) or something exploded and is preventing everyone from loging into their accounts cause data got destroyed (?) who knows.

Turns out this true! I just recieved the confirmation that my appeal got reviewed and accepted, the thing is it got painted over, I sent the new thing that got painted over and it got accepted long ago. The review came too late.

Then why aren't the people from Niantic itself following the guidelines? They clearly said that playgrounds can't be separated yet people still do it and at Niantic they decide to leave it like that. If the "existing set of guidelines" is not followed by the ones that made them, what's left for us?

The "Niantic-Soon™" killed me 🤣 I hate that they get auto-upgraded, it's the worst. Our best option is to be aware of how close you are of getting that upgrade and use it in advance before it gets randomly given to a nomination, or just stop reviewing so you don't get the upgrade. 🤷♂️

I agree that not even the wayspot itself was made at the exact place where it is, as it's noticeable that the photo was taken from afar. Are there more photos that may prove that at least someone was there?. This is a weird wayspot imho.
