• I have. The one that got back to me told me they didn't have an account from my email address, or any codenames I've given. Contacted Ingress support they said to just make a different account under a new address

• I've tried in-game support they're no help. It's also making it so I can't access wayfarer. It's telling me I've been suspended in one or more games. Which didn't happen till trying to make an ingress account
