• Sierra Leone has plenty of nominations in English; few reviewers. Several reviews have been in voting and upgraded for 11 months now. Do pick a town like Waterloo or Freetown though. I made the mistake of picking a country and ended up with empty ocean cells. Not useful to anyone for a whole year.
