Title: Ernst Jünger Gedenktafel Fake-Location: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=50.536511,12.785283&z=17&pll=50.536511,12.785283 Title: Infotafel Ernst Jünger Fake-Location: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=50.53727,12.781896&z=17&pll=50.53727,12.781896 Those boards are duplicate to each other, and both are at the…

Duplicates, far away from each other: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=50.543395,12.789804&z=17&pll=50.543395,12.789804 https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=50.543919,12.798411&z=17&pll=50.543919,12.798411 The second one is in the backyard of private properties. Obviously placed for cell optimization there....

I found further obvious fakes Adler-Apotheke ... is a pharmacy in the medieval towns centre, where it is, can easily seen in OSM. The infoboard about the history of the pharmacy is a wayspot at two places. One is 50 or 100m off, the other one is far away. The content of the infoboard gives no hint, that this pharmacy would…

Difficult topic. I won't give an absolute answer. It's a bit of a scale possible there: This one is 5* in all categories without any discussions needed. Few hundred years old, one of 158 main geodetic markers of the Saxony, proven by wiki (see Nr 136). This one is a medieval border marker and should be worth at least 4*,…

I had a similar one before, neighbortown of my hometown. Someone tried to declared a random house of a random business in a random business district to be the towns fire department ..... What makes my example from the initial post way worse is the supporting statement. The tear jerker is totally disgusting. For me the…

For this one the new title without "Zatec" would be better .....

single submissions somewhere in the woods I would trust to give them 3* ..... But your statement cant be generalized. Our country has lots or regions, where nearly evry submission is a fake. Lots of photoshop, Do-it-yourself educational trails, stolen pictures from somewhere else, etc.pp. Our workaround is a giant list of…

I'm sitting in a level 6 cell, whose whole south is a large scale dead region since I got access to submitting and reviewing during summer 2018. Only a few lecel 9 cells around one town here got accelerated reviews during rare events. The other dozens of level 9 cells stayed dead like ever before. Despite of these events I…

At the moment I cant find a wording in the criteria for this. But the old one (at least the German one) stated, that reviewers shall be very critical for submissions in the range of 40m next to private property, and possibly reject because of this. So its a grey zone, where the reviewer can reject with the PRP argument,…
-
Yes, but the 40m rule is needed to reject the nomination of this thread with the PRP argument. the fountain itself is not on private property, only between private properties. So in Germany it would be fine. Only the pedestrian access would be discussed, and only because traffic circles are the textbook example given by…

I'm from Europe. It's simply totally different here. Looking at my small hometown we would have nearly no wayspots, if the reviewers would use the private property rule evrytime on full power. In historically grown old towns, nearly evry house in the town is a Single Family home, or at least evrything would be within the…

I would suggest, that this is the guy who created the fakes: So there is an ingress agent and a trainer of exactly that name, more than likely the same person. Don't forget to punish both games accounts, if I'm right with that assumption, that's the faker...

The second one got approved too: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=50.604371,12.625878&z=17&pll=50.604371,12.625878 this such an easy identifiable fake ..... @NianticGiffard @NianticEG ..... a rating drop would be appropriate for the reviewers, who didnt reject this. Or force them to take the test again. Holy **** ....…

That's not possible in wayfarer. The ex raid tag depends on the location and related the map data at this point. Niantic uses old map data by intention to determine this, so abuse or map manipulation attempts are useless. tl;dr - you cant do anything.
-
I totally agree. I would recommend to do the main picture in the same style like the second picture in the screenshot of @Kellerrys-ING - so the characteristic shapes of the treetops are better identifiable. The reviewers see a real tree there in the background to understand the idea of this artwork to be the shadow of a…

And that's how it appears on my PC screen: Took me a while to figure out, that scrolling down leads to the documentation, and only after twice reading @WheelTrekker-ING 's comment. So do you figure out your problem? Simply tell the people to scroll down after clicking your link would fix a lot of stuff for your submission.

post appeared after my post due to the picture and the forum moderation needed. So wait for my next post, how the website looks like at a PC screen .... needs mods too ...

First of all: do at least the supporting information in English. Half of your reviewerbase will be Germans, who dont understand your funny language; and those who dont understnad Dutch are most likely not able to do the research you want them to do. So you need to be on point with the information you provide. Don't blame…

This traffic circuit doesnt look for me like a very trafficed one. So I would only rate the pedestrian acces category low, but dont 1*-reject because of this. The "sidewalks" don't help here. They simply don't make sense and there is need for something like a crosswalk according to Niantics examples. Further its in the…

you are American, am I right? Your point of view fits well for short circular routes with well defined starting points or something like that. In Germany there are nearly no hiking trail markers, that are proxy for only one trail. Germany has lots of region crossing hiking trails, that form whole networks. Lots of…
-
this "vague" isnt really vague, since this rule is used for fitness trails and single playground devices too. So one can identify the intention behind it: Niantic only wants to prevent special types of objects to be used for creating clusters. That means players shall not have access to two wayspots of the same type…

You're halfway true. Some of the rejection reasons are KO-criteria like K12-schools or technical categories like watermarked pictures. Lots of other possible rejection criteria can have a something like a scale, what means they can be KO-arguments, but they can also be only minor impacting contra arguments for your…

I have a few questions about this ..... Are you saying, that these post office wayspots don't appear in PoGo because they have no picture? So I don't know any automatically generated wayspots in Germany, but I know very old stops, that could exist without picture.... For example this one - it had no picture for more than 2…
-
Your trail marker is totally fine for me. If you use the new wording of the criteria is totally fine, if you use the old wording of the criteria its totally find, too, because there is the trail name clearly written down, so no further discussion or investigation for eligibility is needed. For candidates like this the…

What is it with the way some people are reading these rejection category scentences, or the way they think I am? This is what I ment. This is, what lots of people missunderstood, how to vote in that subcategory and how Niantic interpretes their own words. So this doesnt mean only, how impressive an object is, they simply…

Nether heard that word before, but according to its set of possible translations it may be best fitting for these. There is no good and short word for them in German - so they were called bridges, although they are very much wall-like and only very little arch-like... I'm sure that question has been in the linked…

I cant say anything concerning bonus location from own expieriences. I have set neither bonus nor home location. For bonus location stuff @BitKloepplerin-ING could tell more. She has her bonus location set on Malta and told me her guesses few weeks ago, but I cant find it ..... what I know out of mind is, that she gets…

For IITC this is my favorite cell plugin set: https://github.com/Wintervorst/iitc It's totally accurate according to how Niantic uses the cells. Possibly yur other sources are accurate, but Niantic is inaccurate, and the S2 plugin provider needs to fit Niantics inaccuracy .... who knows xD
-
Who created this scheme? The point rejectable is totally ridiculous. Most rejection reasons are no K.O. like the K12-argument .... so lots of rejection reasons have something like a gray area so that they should be part of the considerations and weightings in the step before. So I hope this subpoint "Rejection" in this…
