Not included in those numbers are other bad rejections which were submitted again identically but went though because they didn't hit the abusive reviewer's. Yet in the forum all sorts of holes were poked in the submission and even the suggestion a french frie packet on the floor could be a sign to reviewer's to fit the…

Wayfarer app to see all wayspots. Google for add-ons to IITC that show cell info/how many wayspots are in a cell/how many more needed for a gym etc. Use something like "iitc Pokémon tools" or "iitc cell plugin"

I didn't even mention in the numbers any of the borderline ones which could go either way. The bench you mentioned btw was on a named trail, as per the description and Niantic have said benches on trails are eligible. It even has the forest name engraved on it. Someone has used either the same reason repeatedly or…

Appeals are mostly only needed as a by-product of bad voting to begin with. It would be better to try and improve the bad initial rejections than have to rely on appeals as a sticky plaster fix after. I'm all for more appeals but against having to work for them. Why should bad, abusive, pedantic voters force people to do…

Sarcasm noted. Rest of post ignored as nonsense. Just like wayfarers ignoring description and additional text, you have failed to to see the additional information given in this thread. Nor have you seen that I have not posted in the nomination improve sub-forum and already stated in this thread I'm not after nomination…

I'm not being rude. I meant someone would come along and try and pick holes in the submissions, as it always happens. I just pointed out that it's not needed because this is clearly abuse. Please don't take my bluntness/directness as being rude. I was just stating things. Most of my career has been built on noticing…

While it is a placemark of local interest it's definitely a bit iffy because of the PII information. A real awkward one as it's a good find and interesting but I think keeping people's names and dates of birth out of a game and database that Niantic sells is the way to be going. I would assume, but couldn't guarantee, that…

I knew someone like you would come along with something like this. It's not needed in this case because this is abusive voting. NONE of the rejections reasons are correct. They are not all 'misclicks', it's obvious some of them are very intentionally wrong. Just to appease you, I have shown you the supporting text for the…

UK 2 under review. Only 2 I had created in weeks

The people are not really close or identifiable to be honest. Seen much worse in that respect! The Redmi phones have that watermark enabled by default. I guess pedantic reviewer's would say that is identifying. What amazes me most is that a rusty gate picture got accepted! I see some terrible wayspots, even trees as stops,…

You already know about this one being rejected as Temporary or seasonal display despite it being a shop/food hall with website etc
-
Next rejection just in. Not the strongest of submissions but rejected for no pedestrian access despite it being a cafe (so has to have Pedestrian Access) and you can clearly see the pavement
-
Running late but screenshotted a couple quickly

2 to 3 weeks 9 rejections in 4 days (1 previously badly rejected but submitted identically was accepted + an appeal accepted. One rejection kinda expected because picture wasn't great. Hospital grounds one and police one rejected with emergency reasons despite link to forum/Niantic post saying they are ok/in a safe area+…

No, it's obviously not a misclick. Someone has seen a car and wrongly used the Licence plate. There has been so much abuse with rejections this week that no one can claim it's accidents. Abuse of the system is happening.

My trips/community trips all say 0 even though I and others have followed them.
-
Nice to see some action taken. Look forward to seeing more abusers punished and removed from the voting pool.

Not been able to create routes since a few days after it launched properly. Spinning disc issue . So maybe there is an ussue where people previously given advance access are now bugged
-
You are never going to get that accepted. You can try and dress it up how you like (scenic trail that gets you out exploring nature on the route between X and y for example) but voters will never accept it unless you can show an official trail of some kind uses that path. Even then it will be an uphill battle. Not the…

I'm getting back a lot of stuff rejected this week and most of it has the "Temporary or Seasonal Display" reason. Definitely something odd going on here. I'm wondering if Niantic have changed voting cells so we are now getting the bit problem here too. I at least noticed voting has changed in general. As well as being…

Thanks for that info. While appeals seem to take 6 months to a year, Im now going to keep appealing bad rejections now just so the abusive voters get looked at 👍

Agree with what you said right up until you said street maps don't encourage exploration. Many towns put them up exactly so people can explore and find things they might not know are there. Street maps with information about local businesses etc are an easy 5* A sign showing a route the bus takes isn't really a comparison.…

There is absolutely nothing that could be classed as a duplicate in the area. There are no store fronts signs/restaurants or anything even close. There are no other places called Epsom social or anything social. It's nearby portals are a wall of mosaic tiles, An old protected building lived in by the Prince Regent/George…

Not sure why reasons didn't show in the screenshot in last post

If the supporting photo has people in it, stupiid reviewers would wrongly reject it for having people in it/identifiable person. Trust me, been there got the t-shirt. Yes I could put lots in about socialising so let me show you another one that just got rejected as a farm or private residence despite is saying restaurant…

I have had straighter pictures rejected for Photo Orientation before 😂 Dog parks seem a good place to socialise and maybe exercise for their humans depending on how large they were. Saying that, each individual dog park still needs to be looked at on its own merit rather than a blanket yes.

Luckily residents of rural villages have managed the art of walking on the road. A skill that adds pedestrian access to a wide range of places and as easy as walking on grass once you know how! I often park up somewhere and walk rural roads to find new things to submit. Those awkward trail markers either side of roads that…

Then they are by definition bad voters because they are not voting using the information provided. I do get what you are saying as to why it happens. I'm just saying it shouldn't happen and that something should be done to resolve this problem because it leads to bad rejections. It had no rejection reasons and all the…

Oh, I read that bad then 😆 Must resist telling you to pack that fudge away somewhere safe 😂
