  • You shouldn't follow the markings on the map only; maybe go and check those POI's IRL, because something like this represents too limited reasoning. Firstly, OSM markings aren't often so perfect (something you like) and secondly, if Niantic cared about deleting all POI's based on such data, they could do it in any time, so…
