Some probably did, just not enough to actually get it marked as a duplicate but that combined with lower ratings from the reviewers that didn't mark it duplicate leads to an overall rejection.
-
Part of the issue may be that there is already a poi for the bridge.

Oh but I do play the game. I've been playing it since 1995, and I very strongly feel that placing virtual objects that have a potential to attract non players to the baskets is a safety hazard and very disruptive to the game. It is precisely because of my familiarity with the game that I will always speak up about this bad…

So @Gendgi-PGO has a nice hypothesis about these rejections. If a submission is marked as duplicate, but not by enough reviewers to actually be marked duplicate, and not otherwise rated 1* reject by the remaining reviewers, then the algo just kicks back the categories with the lowest ratings. I think they are on to…

I don't how ironic it really is. Just as being old doesn't automatically qualify something, being new doesn't disqualify things either. If a recently built shopping center becomes a new social hub, then it is what it is. That is usually the purpose behind building such. Sometimes they fail to achieve the vision of the…

And furthermore I shall complain elsewhere that everyone in the forum is toxic and terrible and just want to reject everything The Radnor Friends is easily fixable, baseball field as well. The bridge is something that could happen, but I wouldn't expect to be an automatic pass even after clean up. The park sign is…

"Was a true believer. Everyone was going to have a portal within 400m of their house." What? Why would that ever be true? Sorry but this statement right here confused the heck out of me. Not surprised if you're disillusioned with those kind of expectations.

I wouldn't call it that black and white, in rural areas this could be a social hub. However, it is up to the submitter to sell that fact, which this submission did not do in way. Also the pin looks like it's located in the street.

You should retire this instead. I know disc golf isn't as familiar to most but this is the equivalent of a ball golf green on the course and we know that's not a safe place for a poi. Additionally, many disc golf courses actually have multiple locations for baskets that can be moved regularly. This course does not appear…

I agree, with the criteria refresh I read over the new texts, and the major thing I can't away with was the same, getting away from categorical accept/reject and just judging every individual suggestion on it's own merits. Yet still the categorical threads and discussions continue.

Those are the criteria for rating pin accuracy. They are not the criteria for how far into prp the actual object can be. See example here: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/17412/free-little-library-not-on-maps-from-2019-but-white-picket-fence-clearly-is You can also see plenty of examples of things…

Indoors submissions are generally hard to validate the proper pin location, particularly in larger commercial buildings. It takes some work on submitter's part to portray where something is and they often don't do that and frequently in fact place the pin where convenient for their own purposes. I recently reviewed…

Install a translation plug-in if you are not using chrome? It's really not the end of the world.
-
Ugh, is there any way to just remove all edits by this person from the queue?
-
Why wouldn't I be?
-
Eh, simple solution for the submitter, don't send the same photo to public databases like Google maps.
-
Yes, "permanently removed from this location" is a removal reason. If the removed object is proxy for a not removed object, things get fuzzier, but I'd generally lean towards remove and replace, but Niantic has managed to cloud clarity there. No idea really how we deal with a situation wherein a park gets renovated and a…

I love how the complaint that people decide to reject on the basis of just the first picture is common, but we are supposed to get outraged about a rejection with the same level of information.
-
You didn't provide any new evidence of that though, so you are just pestering the employees.

This is on Peterson AFB And many of these are familiar to me. I've reviewed and rejected with OES and yet they've gone live in the last few months.
