It is poorly thought out but east to edit later.

It depends, I wouldn’t be nominating the local Ibis or Hilton unless there is something special about it. Is it a historic building? Does it have interesting architecture? As for the bar, that’s touchy, is it family friendly or 18+ only. If it’s not family friendly I wouldn’t approve it.

I think it’d be eligible as it has pedestrian access, it’s also in a low spread zone being in the car park.

I’d prefer a gift from this pokiestop over a mass produced state survey marker.

It’s embarrassing. you maze well make way points for street signs and gutter drains. survey markers in remote locations or interesting places with no other identifying man made marker…

If I came accross this I'd approve it. But try adding a photo on google maps with information. If they can see it and the info board from google maps they may be more likely.

Way more eligible than a survey marker.

NO, not unless it is of historical significance and can obviously be seen as such in which case it wouldn't simply be survey marker #5797985529937. It'd be historic survey marker by XYZ who was the first to do blah and here is a plaque. This is like having a pokie stop for a street sign or a traffic light. Most are not…

@donandlan-PGO Why isn't the park the way spot and not the survey marker? Seems more relevent. @MoffatMagicarp-PGO I remember the good old days of heading down to my local survey marker to play ball and ride bikes with my friends. Ours is located on the curb right next to a major road. little Johnny got hit by a car once…
