• It’s totally redundant, for experienced reviewers. I rate a nomination (most of them) in like 10-20 seconds (parks, playgrounds, statues, churches).. but then I just wait for over a minute just to click submit. Really annoying.

• I think that Niantic should abandon the 1 stop in cell (or make it level 18) and find out different fixes (say like in ingress when there is a cluster and you click it it will let you choose between them) it will solve many of these misplaced nominations and edits
