Yes. And both are natural features.

If it's the Upland Crossing in Texas, websites mentions a "Beautiful 12-acre park & community walking trails". These can be a lot of potential eligible wayspots !
-
Things that already are in games are not good examples of what is currently eligible, criterias has changed over time. As this kind of subdivision signs are often spammed by submitters, while they don't meet any acceptance criteria, some reviewers are inclined to consider them as abuse, especially if they see the same…
-
Do I need to provide other evidences or is it under investigation now?
-
Yes, the reviewers haven't done a good job on these one...

A few more stolen wayspots have been added now at the same place. It's again stollen from Varennes-sous-Chandon, 130km away, there are now 4 panels from this place, easy to recognize with the distinctive pattern of leafs on the background. The place doesn't match at all with the background. (A new suburb build in an open…

You are right, a shrine like this can be rejected even if it's not ON a private property but for interfering with it. It's very close to the property, and players going to this place can be a nuisance for people living in the house. It's was stated by Giffard "If an eligible object is on the sidewalk or near a sidewalk…

Here is the complete quote from https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help/niantic-wayfarer-november-2020-ama "Similar to before the criteria refresh, swimming pools at private residences or hotels (or other similar residentially-focused locations) are ineligible. Other than that, pools would be a great place to meet and…

@IXyzyxI-PGO Is it on the wall of a private property?
-
In the same time the offender(s) has added more and more fake and stolen wayspot. Take you time until there is more and more evidences or act now to remove all this sh..t. Thanks !
-
What a great idea, inviting" all your (fake?) friends to support your request. 🤦 Everyone can see it's they're first post... The gym seems to be part of the high school so was correctly removed for being k-12.
-
Hi @WhiteKnight70-ING you should have used geotaged and dated pictures to prove your point. (Ask if you don't know how to activate them on your phone) Thank you for your work !
-
There's a problem in Europe with insane number of ineligible submissions... Niantic has promised in a recent message to take care of the coal. That's probably the best way to have better reviews. If reviewers have not bored by having so much coal to review, they will take more time to study the other nominations.
-
I could have said that in a better way than you did @ElseSense-PGO ! Agreed on every point. All of these one are good candidates excepted the third.
-
Child care center are considered ineligible for k-12 reason. Was the Waypoint on it, close to it or not?

***Update*** Today I've have time to found and take geotaged pictures of the following stolen wayspot at there real locations : 3) "Le Gingko biloba" 4) "Le.s oiseaux... sur terre et dans le ciel" 5) "Le.s prairies humides et leur richesses" 6) "La riviere et ses berges" 7) "Le.s amphibiens connus et meconnus"
-
I also have time today to take geotaged pictures of the stolen wayspots at there real location : -Le Gingko biloba -Le.s oiseaux... Sur terre et dans le ciel -Le.s prairies humides et leur richesses -La riviere et ses berges -Le.s amphibiens connus et meconnus

*****UPDATE***** Title of the Wayspot : L'eglantier Location : 46.5651, 0.2972 City: Vouneuil-sous-Biard Country: France There is a brand new Google Street view of the area ! The total absence of any of the stolen wayspot is now more evident.
-
Ha ok, I haven't understood that, sorry. Yes seems weird ! I'm curious to know what happened here.
-
I see many problems in this nomination.. The title with a symbol in it when you can have put the word At. Saying a pair, while there only one on the picture not help your nomination. But the main problem is they seems to be standard manufactured cast, they are not statues done by an artist. I don't know what criteria you…
-
You need to provide the name of the Waypoint, as well as a geotaged and dated picture for helping Niantic understand if the Waypoint is valid and still here. Thank you !
-
You need to provide more evidence of the Wayspot. Can you take a geotaged and dated picture of the monument, so Niantic can see it's really here now ?
-
@CaptMcJay24-PGO No in your cases, the building itself is an excellent nomination, the dedication plaque is a ok nomination but the buildings are way better. Same thing for statue. I will not accept a plaque on a statue, the wayfinder should propose it, not juste a plaque. I agree with @MelodyS88Chi-PGO , this is a good…
-
The nomination is not for the building (which as you said has no significance) but for an historical dedication plaque. Historical dedication plaques are the very first example when you check the Eligibility help page.

@Miki145425-PGO Bonjour, pourquoi demander la suppression et pas la modification du titre et de l'image ? (C'est ce qui est demandé par Niantic et c'est pour ca que le rapport a ete rejete) Btw I'm a big fan of Orelsan, can I mp you to be friends ? so when the new picture will be uploaded, I can have the postcard. **

And another one : Title of the Wayspot : L'eglantier Location : 46.5651, 0.2972 City: Vouneuil-sous-Biard Country: France The background doesn't match at all with where it is supposed to be. As the last one, this nature panel is stolen from here as you can see with the logo on the right side, down
-
No, of course we don't. But more than the picture, we answer the question of RandomExploit which was : "Under what criteria would one get a street name sign like this approved?" And still stand on this. The street sign meet (and cannot meet) any criteria BUT the nomination is in fact for a square, which can be eligible.
-
Can you provide more evidence ? Like a geotaged and auto dated picture of the place
-
This can be wayfarer abuse.
-
A bar or restaurant which you think "Nothing wrong" or "It's fine" doesn't sound like it's a good nomination. We are reviewing Points of Interest. It has been clarified many times that places which are important for the local community can be good Waypoint. And it's to the submitter to provide informations on that point on…
