• It definitely wasn't placed to create an errant PokeStop, since: It's been there since before PoGo Visiting it for PoGo is just as illegal/trespassing as for Ingress. As for moving it, @Meredith-ING hit the nail on the head.

• Good point that I didn't mention. The no trespassing isn't for the festival property, where employees might be able to go. It's private property, where they'll simply call the sheriff!
