This section of the forum is for removal Appeals, not for rejected submissions. Currently there's no way to appeal a rejected submission, but Niantic says it will be available some time soon.

Can any of the 15 (or so) guys provide geotagged pictures? It's the main evidence Niantic usually requests when they finally answer these topics. Just so you don't waste your time. They may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to answer, so you'd better provide everything upfront.

Well, we just had a post where someone made lots and lots of 2 meter moves through here, with no evidence apart from Google Maps and just to make any move and eliminate extra points from PGO cells. So it seems acceptable by Niantic's standards as well.

I actually doubt it was the company that requested the removal, it was probably these guys. It's very hard for Niantic to check if it obstructs emergency services only by looking at Google Maps, so I guess they played it safe. And yes, it's definitely a faction fight.
