Wow it happened again, but this time with a nomination that had never been in voting before. Hit the "Upgrade" button and had the acceptance email in 4 minutes. So my original hypothesis that it was due to old votes still counting is not correct.

This is no longer an option you can choose. Answer each box to the best of your ability. Natural features have been acceptable for years per AMA answer, but often fail in the "Distinct" or "Safe" categories.

I think people who are getting cooldowns may not be using "I don't know" enough. Don't use it just to avoid a cooldown, but really consider it as an option. I use it more reviews than not, and have not had a cooldown.

I err on the side of NOT harassing the homeowner. If they complain about the location, Niantic will remove it. Why make them complain? This is a game, and we do not have an inalienable right to game locations. Be respectful.

Did you select "Upgrade" or "Upgrade Next"? They both are purple buttons if you can activate them, but Upgrade Next just tells the system which one you want to apply the next upgrade to when you earn one, and that only works if you have Automatically Apply Upgrades turned ON in your settings. Which is the default.

Does this rejection translate to "Title or description is inaccurate or offensive"? This appears to be a bugged rejection reason with the updated review system. This is not an accurate reflection of why this was rejected.

inferior and superior can mean lower and upper, and wayfinding is finding your way, especially using signs and other devices. even though they are not in my standard vocabulary, i don't see anything bad in the the use of these words.

this is the issue. do i want to live with it? i had at least a year's worth of unresolved decisions just thrown in the toilet. do i care enough to start over? i am not sure. and certainly not with no assurance that i am reviewing correctly.

Since more information can be added to an appeal than original reviewers saw, I do not think it is fair to take away an agreement from reviewers who voted with the majority to reject it. I think I had close to 100 in voting. The last time I took a screenshot for a discussion it was 82 in voting on October 21. I didn't think it was necessary to take a screenshot before the update, but I had made comments about stuff going into voting finally since then. Since the reset, I am back to 14 in voting.

I just reviewed a trailmarker I could not see on Maps with a 👍️in Accurate and High Quality instead of idk, which I realized after I hit "Submit". I wish the location questions were all together.

Under the "high quality" section, what happens if we thumbs down and choose our own reason? If I don't select one of the presets -just choose "other" and type in "meets no criteria" - will I get an educational email for reviewing incorrectly?
