I have 34 Upgrades banked, because I haven't really submitted anything this year so far. I only have photo edits and text edits pending. I usually only upgrade nominations that will appear in PoGO or Ingress, although I have also upgraded nominations that are Lightship only.

A couple Wayfarers including me have reported this one submitter many many times and action was taken many many times. They can somehow still submit.

I don't really want to complain but when you started with LiFo again earlier this months...did you forget the ones appealed on March 8th? Newer appeals usually process within days, but I'm not the only one which appeals from this day seem to be stuck. @NianticLC @NianThib

You probably rejected something, the nomination was rejected overall and the submitter wasn't happy about that. They complained about the rejection in Help Chat and the employee sent out warning mails. That's the short version. No easy way of finding out which nomination was the one which got you this mail. Only Germans will understand. Result of bad translation, these two rejection reasons (Location is inappropriate & Location is sensitive) basically say the same thing. Commonly misused for info plaques under street signs or trail markers
