Thank you @NianticLC for continuing to show this system is broken. The account is reporting is portals that are legitimate with some knowledge or effort...the lighthouse is great example....use was reported when it was blue controlled but dropped once it be came green. You wonder numbers and profita are down.

This is not full time Scouts only and host events open to the public. It's simple you either have a reason to be there or you don't. Agents from both sides enjoy a little break break and play safely will camping.

I don't think it's your place to figure this out. Most of the folks you are trying to call out have been playing ingres since day one. We know the process and what makes a good portal or not. To tag folks in comm is too much. Ever think some folks just aren't into wayfarer as you and have work and family that is a priority?
